Our Story

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away….

IT Assistants was born out of an idea at Tech Solutions IT, LLC. We were a small IT company that catered to businesses with 50 to 300 employees. We noticed that some of the clients that we had already had IT departments, but really just needed a hand with some things. Since we installed all of our software on their endpoints and servers since they were clients that needed our help, many of the IT staff would ask if they could use our software to help with their jobs.

Little did we know how popular it would be. Even when we’ve had clients that didn’t have an IT department and then hired a department due to growth demands, they insisted on keeping our software to help them run the company.

And born was the idea of IT Assistants. Purely focused on helping IT Departments with the tools, security and systems they need to help them do an even better job every day.
